What to send

For a same-day fixed quote I need three things by email or WhatsApp:

  1. Your postcode - CT9 3XX or similar. I quote coastal-spec vs inland spec based on this.
  2. A photo of your CU / fusebox - or a photo of the job (the bathroom, the driveway for EV, the roof for solar).
  3. What you want done in one line - "5-yearly landlord EICR on a 2-bed flat", or "7kW EV charger, rear driveway", or "full house rewire, budget prep".

What I'll come back with

  • Fixed price in GBP, all in (no separate call-out fee)
  • Next available date - typically within 2-3 weeks for non-urgent work
  • Any listed-building or Part P consent I'll handle on your behalf
  • Coastal spec called out where it applies
